(ANSA) - MILAN, 03 NOV - The exercise of the unexercised rights sold on the Stock Exchange of the capital increase of Mps led to the subscription of a further 29.46 million shares, for a value of 58.9 million euros, bringing the coverage of the recapitalization by the Mef, by the sub-guarantors and subscribers of the increase to 96.3%.
The eight banks of the guarantee consortium and the Algebris fund, guarantors of the increase, will have to take on shares for a value of just over 93 million euros.
