After disputes about new price increases, many popular coffee products disappeared from the Rewe shelves.
But now there is good news.
Kassel – Again and again, customers in supermarkets like Rewe and Co. recently found themselves in front of empty shelves.
The reason for this, however, was neither scarcity nor panic buying.
Instead, price disputes between the supermarkets and discounters led to the respective dealers.
For example, Snickers, Twix, Pedigree have recently become scarce at Rewe, Edeka and other stores.
However, there is now good news for the products of a popular brand, apparently Rewe has been able to settle the price dispute with a company.

Coffee products back on the Rewe shelf: dispute settled
The dispute had caused gaps in many Rewe shelves.
In the social networks, such as Twitter, many users were disappointed at having to do without their coffee.
A user shared a notice in which Rewe informed about the dispute with JDE.
In this, the supermarket explains the background to the delivery stop, but insists on explaining at the end: “As an alternative, we recommend our own-brand products from Ja!
to test".
Supermarkets such as Rewe and Edeka are also encouraged to trade
In addition to dissatisfaction with the gaps at Rewe and Co., many consumers also expressed approval.
"If the manufacturers want to overcharge the citizens, I think the behavior of #Edeka and #Rewe is good and I'm happy to do without the products," wrote one user.
