(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 04 - The court of Rome has sentenced the Neapolitan businessman Alfredo Romeo to two years and six months, accused of corruption in one of the strands of the maxi-investigation into the Consip case.
This is the tranche of the procedure which also involved the former manager of the single purchasing power plant of the PA, Marco Gasparri.
The latter accused the entrepreneur of having received from him, from 2012 to 2016, a total of 100 thousand euros in exchange for news and help related to the calls for tender in Consip.
The judges excluded the liability of the Romeo Gestione company.
A provisional provision for Consip of 150 thousand euros has been arranged.
