Historically, November was the month when the Native American tribes of North America increasingly set beaver traps to keep their pelts warm through the winter.
That is why the November full moon is also called the Beaver Moon.

Even if you are not supposed to kill any animals in the garden in November, you can take care of the last yields.

It is a good idea to preserve this harvest by storing it in the cellar or canning it.
