(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 04 NOV - A group of former Twitter employees filed a class action in the SanFrancisco court against Elon Musk's company accusing it of not having received the 60-day notice required by law and having learned of their dismissal, yesterday when they found their blocked accounts.
The American media reported it.
In an internal communication sent yesterday, the San Francisco company warned employees that they would receive an email in case of dismissal.
But many employees started sharing on social media that they could no longer access their accounts, only to find they had been kicked out.
