This morning the air alarm rang across Ukraine with the exclusion of occupied Crimea.

The authorities called on the population to stay in shelters, reporting a missile threat across the country

.

Ukrainska Pravda reports it.

Various Russian missile attacks in the country were reported last night.

the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Starukh, wrote on Telegram that Russian forces hit the Vilniansk district with S-300 missiles.

"After midnight, the enemy attacked the Vilniansk district with S-300 missiles,"

wrote Starukh, adding that no injuries or casualties are reported for now, but that the buildings of three companies and some cars have suffered damage.

At least three civilians died and eight others were injured, however, during the Russian attacks yesterday in the Donetsk region

, in eastern Ukraine: the regional governor, Pavlo Kyrylenko said, as reported by the Kyiv Independent.

The region, where some 350,000 people remained despite the mandatory government-enforced evacuation, was the subject of another series of heavy Russian bombings overnight.

The Ukrainian army, for its part, bombed the city of Svatovo in the self-proclaimed Republic of Lugansk (LPR) overnight with four Himars rockets, according to reports from the LPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center for the ceasefire. , taken from Tass.

According to the mission,

the Ukrainian army fired four rockets at Svatovo

at 1.20 am Moscow time.

Investigations are still underway on any victims or damages.

According to the mission, the Ukrainian army has fired over 375 Himars rockets since the start of the conflict.

The Ukrainian military command, meanwhile, reported that its army

yesterday repelled Russian attacks near 14 settlements in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions of eastern Ukraine.

According to the Kiev Armed Forces General Staff, Ukrainian forces hit important Russian military facilities and two command posts, and six Russian fueling stations near Novovasylivka in the Mykolaiv region were also destroyed.

The Russian bombings of the past week seem to be focused on targets of the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.

And so

the operator of the Ukrainian national electricity grid, NEC Ukrenergo, this morning introduced rolling blackouts in the capital Kiev and in seven regions of the

country.

The measure took effect at 6:00 local time (5:00 in Italy) in Kiev and in the regions of Kiev, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Kharkiv and Poltava.

Blackouts, the manager reminds us, will be modulated daily on the basis of a calendar decided by the operators of the local distribution networks.

The consumption ceilings, explained NEC Ukrenergo, are necessary to reduce the load on the networks and guarantee a

sustainable balancing of the electricity system after the attacks on the country's energy infrastructure by Russian forces.
