The 19-year-old Danish Holger Rune is the first finalist of the Bercy Masters 1000 tournaments in Paris.
Rune beat Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime in two sets, with a score of 6-4, 6-2.
His rival for the title tomorrow will be Novak Djokovic or Stefanos Tsitsipas, protagonists of the other semifinal.
Auger-Aliassime suffered his first defeat after 16 consecutive victories, which had earned him success in the tournaments in Florence, Antwerp and Basel.
In the latter, only last Sunday, the 22-year-old from Montreal had beaten Rune.
