Michelin, quality at pop prices in 29 Bib Gourmand restaurants

- The restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide where you can eat well at a cost more affordable for everyone.

There are 29 new Bib Gourmands, selected by the inspectors of the "red" and recognizable, since 1997, by the logo that incorporates the smug smiley face of a greedy Bibendum, the little man with tires.

What unites Bib restaurants, the editors of the guide specify, "is the simplest and most easily recognizable style of cooking: a Bib Gourmand restaurant will leave you with a sense of satisfaction for having eaten very well at a reasonable price

. recognition demonstrates, therefore, that good food does not necessarily have to have a high price ".

The 68th edition of the Michelin Guide Italy associates the smiling face of the Little Man who licks his mustache with 257 restaurants, of which 29 are new.

A preview of the launch of the Michelin Guide Italy 2023, which will be held in Franciacorta tomorrow 8 November, Michelin unveils the names of the new Bib Gourmand restaurants.
