Inexpensive and quick recipe: You need the following ingredients for the 1 euro potato casserole
1 kg of potatoes
2 tbsp margarine
4 tablespoons flour
400ml milk
Salt
200 grams of grated cheese

The preparation of the 1 euro potato casserole is quick and easy
Boil and peel the potatoes, then cut them into slices about an inch thick.
Layer the potato slices in a casserole dish.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add flour and milk and let the mixture simmer.
Season with a little salt and add the cheese.
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and bake the potato casserole at 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees fan oven) for about 35 minutes.
