A new part in the machine, which has been running for three days already.
The host of "Touche pas à mon poste" Cyril Hanouna, in open conflict with LFI deputy Louis Boyard, announced Monday evening that he wanted to "attack" the elected official "in court" for "defamation".
"He said very serious things (...) We are going to sue Louis Boyard"

“Know that we too will take action.
And we are going to attack for what he may have said, defamation, and all the defamation he had against us, ”said the host Monday evening on the air.
A response to Louis Boyard's complaint
Cyril Hanouna criticizes Louis Boyard for having accused his show of "raising racism", of "making its buzz on Zemmour", and "of having danced" after achieving a record audience on a program devoted to the death of little Lola a few weeks earlier.
This announcement is a response to that of Louis Boyard, a little earlier in the day, who claimed to want to file a complaint against Cyril Hanouna after his insults.
"The omnipotence of Hanouna who thinks he can insult and intimidate a person because he criticizes his boss is inadmissible", had launched the young deputy, during a press point at the Assembly.
Thursday, on the set of the program Touche pas à mon poste, the deputy and former columnist of the program accused the "five richest people" in France of "impoverishing Africa", citing in particular Vincent Bolloré , owner of the Canal+ group and therefore of the C8 channel.
“You are a piece of shit” had retorted the host, after having treated the deputy of “moron”, “jester” and “lost”.
