Cleaning windows is often a nuisance, and streaks are often left behind.

It does not necessarily require a specific technique, but rather the right cleaning agent.

Very few like to clean windows.

They find it tiresome, but many try to get it over with on a day off at least once or twice a year.

After all, it can take a lot of time.

Also, if you don't pay attention to some things, the result won't be what you imagined.

But did you know that it works much better with the good old rinse aid from the kitchen?

Thanks to its fat-dissolving power, it can also be used as an effective window cleaner.

After all, rinse aid in the dishwasher ensures that glasses shine again - so why not for windows too?

To get them clean again, it is usually sufficient to mix a little rinse aid with water.

But if you want to go one step further, for the optimal shine effect, you should add some washing-up liquid.

Try the following recipe:

• 1 squirt of rinse aid

• 2 squirts of dish soap

• 2 liters of water

Another reason why rinse aid should be used to clean windows is that it leaves a protective film for some time.

This ensures that rain or drops simply roll off the window.

In addition, it prevents new water droplets from forming.

As a result, the window glass stays nice and clean longer and you have to clean it less and less often.

By the way: This also applies to shower walls.

The rinse aid tip is also an excellent help here, so that they are streak-free and thoroughly clean again.
