(ANSA) - HALIFAX, NOVEMBER 19 - "Moscow has not officially contacted Kiev for peace talks, but Russia would in any case have to fully withdraw its forces for the talks to take place," Ukrainian presidential chief of staff Andriy Yermak said in video link with the Halifax International Security Forum.
"We have not received any official requests from the Russian side for negotiations," he said.
Any negotiation not based on Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders "is not acceptable," Yermak said.
