(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 23 - The reduction of the Superbonus from 110% to 90% starting from 2023, envisaged by the aid decree quater, will save the State 4.5 billion euros.
The figure, contained in the technical report that accompanies the provision under discussion in the Senate, is based on the hypothesis that condominium works will be reduced by 20%, due to the lower incentive.
The quater aid decree also provides more time for single-family houses to take advantage of the 110% Superbonus.
The subsidy, for those who have carried out at least 30% of the total works as at 30 September 2022, is extended from 31 December 2022 to 31 March 2023. With a cost to the State of 270.3 million euros, underlines the technical report.
The Superbonus (but at 90%) is also confirmed for the villas of families with a total income of under 15 thousand euros (calculated on the basis of the number of family members), to renovate their main home.
The total cost over the envisaged time horizon is 2.5 billion.
