Usa: winter storm, more than 3,000 flights cancelled

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 23 - Over 3,100 flights have been canceled and 10,400 have been delayed due to the winter storm or 'snowmaggedon' that is currently hitting the United States.

More than 650,000 people are without electricity due to bad weather including 100,000 in Georgia, 70,000 in Texas, 70,000 in Connecticut, 50,000 in South Carolina and 45,000 in upstate New York.
