(ANSA) - MILAN, JAN 18 - Air France-KLM has informed the Italian government that it will not participate in the tender for the acquisition of a shareholding in Ita.
The media reported it quoting an Air France KLM spokesman.
AirFrance-KLM will continue to closely monitor Ita's privatization process and reiterated its "strong" interest in maintaining its commercial relationship with the Italian airline.
