(ANSA) - ROME, 18 JAN - "The Ministry of Economy and Finance has received a letter of intent from DeutscheLufthansa AG to acquire a minority stake in Ita Airways Spa".
The dicastery made it known in a note.
"The Mef reserves the right to examine the adequacy of the offer in compliance with the requirements set by the Dpcm. No other offers have arrived by the deadline scheduled for 6 pm today".
