(ANSA) - ROME, 18 JAN - Lufthansa presents an offer for a minority stake in Ita Airways.
The Group "presented a letter of intent to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance", reads a note in which it underlines that "should both parties decide to sign the memorandum of understanding, further negotiations and discussions will be conducted on an exclusive basis" .
