(ANSA) - BRESCIA, JANUARY 18 - The deputy prosecutor of Milan Fabio De Pasquale and the prosecutor, now in the European prosecutor's office, Sergio Spadaro have been indicted in Brescia.

Against them, the accusation is a refusal of official acts, since, according to the hypothesis, they would not have deposited evidence favorable to the defendants, later all definitively acquitted, in the Eni-Nigeria trial.

This was decided by the Brescia judge Christian Colombo who set the trial for next March 16 and accepted the hypothesis of the prosecutors Donato Greco and Francesco Milanesi, who argued that there is evidence to refer De Pasquale and Spadaro to trial.

According to the reconstruction reiterated this morning in the courtroom, the two Milanese prosecutors did not "voluntarily" submit to the defense evidence favorable to the defendants in the trial on the Nigerian affair.

In the civil proceedings is the former Honorary Deputy Consul in Nigeria Gianfranco Falcioni, a former defendant in Milan, and the Ministry of Justice has been cited as civil responsible.
