The meeting entitled:

“Communicating: the ten words of Pope Francis”

will be held on Friday, January 27, from 10 to 14, at the convent of San Massimiliano Kolbe, in Rome .

The initiative is the day when the victims of the Holocaust are commemorated every year.

Scholars, writers and journalists will give life to a reflection on the Pope's latest message for the 57th World Day of Social Communications “Speaking from the heart.

"According to truth in love" (Eph 4:15)".

The works will be opened by

Beppe Giulietti

, president of Fnsi, and

Father Enzo Fortunato,

journalist and writer, who will do the honors.

Guido D'Ubaldo

, president of the Order of Journalists of Lazio, will introduce the speakers.

The first speech will be an analysis by

, director of Civiltà Cattolica.

, a witness to the Hungarian Holocaust, will lay a wreath of flowers at the cell of Father

Maximilian Kolbe

, a minor convent friar and journalist deported and killed in 1941 in the Auschwitz concentration camp.

"The appointment at the convent that houses the memories of the Franciscan deported and killed in Auschwitz - said Father Enzo Fortunato - is meant to be a moment to not forget those terrible years of our history and to recall the courage, strength and motto of Father Kolbe: only love creates, hate destroys".
