Just as the look of the luxurious hotels and suites continues as a design line in private homes, the ski chalets also inspire interior designers and fans of the genre.

When it comes to ski lodges, there are three main types

The wooden look

- this is a classic of the European ski cabins.

Floor, walls and partitions are made of wood, usually in a honey brown shade, which creates a glowing appearance.

It is a nostalgic, slightly heavy look, reminiscent of old movies from the 60s. Rocking chairs and the like, especially those made in a combination of leather and metal with rounded fittings, will enhance the look.

The look of the snowy peaks

- next to the look of the tree, there is another slightly contrasting style, which preaches a minimalist look, inspired by clear skies and snowy peaks.

One might think that such a sight would cool the atmosphere, but the opposite is true in this case.

A combination of carpets and games of rich textures creates pleasant spaces.

There is no ski cabin without a burning fireplace, so even in cabins of this style the fireplace will be an integral part of the show.

The contemporary cabin

- the contemporary ski cabins want to keep the picturesque look, but adapt to the contemporary style.

The look will be reflected in straight lines, white walls, a look devoid of decorations.

The resulting style is minimalistic, yet dominant elements reminiscent of the wild nature that characterizes the outdoor ski resort will be incorporated - a combination of unpolished rocks and stones, use of kitchen surfaces made of natural stones, and more.
