Beyond imagination:
do you have NIS 8 million available for investment?
It may very well be a one-time opportunity that will not be repeated.
We hope so, at least.
A sales ad published in recent days on websites offers investors to make the deal of a lifetime and purchase an entire (as of this writing, it should be noted) and crumbling 73-year-old building in the Shapira neighborhood in south Tel Aviv.
According to the ad, the building, built in 1950, has 3 floors, one of which is the ground floor, and 4 apartments for rent, "on a quiet and sought-after street in the heart of the sought-after Shapira neighborhood."
Bargain: Who wants a 73-year-old crumbling building for about NIS 8 million? (Photo: screenshot, from all over the internet)
How many apartments are rented?
This was not mentioned in the ad, but pay attention to the specifications of the existing apartments in the building, and try to guess: the 2 apartments on the ground floor have a room and a half, measuring 40 square meters each. The first and second floors have a 2.5-room and a 3-room apartment, respectively, on an area of 80 sq. m. each.
And of course, to close the ad as it appears in the books, the brokers of the deal promise that it is an "excellent investment that should not be missed".
is it true?
We'll let you decide that.
