(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 06 - The governor of the Russian region of Kursk, Roman Starovoitt, said that the Ukrainian armed forces fired on the border village of Iskra, which was left without electricity because the "energy supply structures" in the Khomuthiv district were damaged.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling the border area in Khomutiv district. The energy supply facilities were damaged, as a result of which the village of Iskra was isolated," he said.
