Tikhanovskaya, I continue until innocent people are released

(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 06 MAR - "Fifteen years in prison. This is how the regime 'rewarded' my work for democratic changes in Belarus. But today I am not thinking about my sentence. I am thinking of thousands of innocent people, detained and sentenced

   to actual prison sentences. I won't stop until every one of them is released."

The exiled leader of the Belarusian opposition Svetlana Tikhanovskaya wrote on Twitter, commenting on her sentence to 15 years' imprisonment imposed on her today in absentia by the Minsk court.
