(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 16 - With reference to unreported advertising, found in 12 episodes, and the use of Instagram at the Sanremo Festival, the Agcom Council unanimously considered the matter not manifestly unfounded and mandated the competent management to start a disciplinary procedure.
The Council, by majority vote, deemed the request to open a sanctioning investigation into the incident involving Rosa Chemical and Fedez as unfounded.
With regard to Blanco's performance, an investigation will be launched to evaluate any profiles harmful to human dignity and incitement to violence.
The Agcom Council, by majority vote (with the favorable vote of the president Lasorella and the commissioners Giacomelli and Giomi and the against vote of the Aria and Capitanio commissioners), considered the request to open a sanctioning investigation into the episode of Rosa Chemical and Fedez at the Sanremo Festival as unfounded.
With regard to Blanco's performance - informs a note from the Authority -, (with a vote in favor of Commissioners Aria, Capitanio, Giacomelli and Giomi; President Lasorella abstained) an investigation will be launched to evaluate any profiles harmful to human dignity and incitement to violence.
The investigations, entrusted to the Media Services Department, provide for a precise procedure, in which discussions with the parties involved are envisaged, following which the Board will adopt the definitive measures.
