Advanced parcel trouble: A DHL customer found a cheeky message from her courier - and then got stuck on the hotline.
Munich – Is this DHL note really real?
On the one hand, it's hard to believe.
On the other hand, the customer will hardly have forged it in order to then complain publicly via Facebook.
Why should she?
In this respect, we are really dealing with possibly the cheekiest DHL messenger ever.

Regards, DHL.” Obviously, the deliverer was pretty pissed off that he didn't find the customer - possibly for the repeated time.
But nowhere is it written that package recipients have to be present 24 hours a day if they are expecting a shipment.
So is the customer's absence a legitimate reason for this message?
Certainly not, says the customer.
"DHL, are you fucking serious???" she wrote.
"Should I clairvoyantly see where my package is or what??
Not to mention the cheekiness.” There were also six angry emojis – the few words on the note made the DHL customer incandescent.

DHL's social media team spoke up promptly - and informed the customer of its regret.
"I'm sorry for that," begins the reaction.
"Are you expecting a show?
If so, do you have a tracking number for the shipment?
Then you can track your shipment at dhl.de/sendungs Tracking."
The DHL customer answered after a short time.
"I clarified that with your hotline after what felt like an hour on hold," she wrote and was not exactly reassured.
"Of course I'm expecting a shipment, otherwise the messenger wouldn't have been there, I'm concerned with the cheekiness of this note!!
And then without any further information!
Sorry that some people also have to go to work (and have nice neighbors who always accept a package). ”Another customer also had trouble with DHL – and posted a photo of the delivery vehicle.
