(ANSA) - ROME, 03 APR - The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces that in March 2023 the balance of the state sector closed, on a provisional basis, with a requirement of 31,900 million.
The month of March 2022 ended with a requirement of 24,753 million.
The balance, as specified in the note, is affected by the increase in payments, largely attributable to social security expenditure, payments from local administrations and the transfer to the Csea (Cassa for energy and environmental services) for the containment of prices in the energy sector.
Overall collections, the note specifies, recorded a decline in revenues through F24, attributable to the increase in compensation for subsidized credits, partially attenuated by the increase in tax and social security payments.
