Italian lemons, campaign to promote health and taste

 Lemon is the seasonal product to which Ortofrutta-Italia dedicates the institutional promotion and communication campaign in support of the consumption of Made in Italy fruit and vegetables, under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.



Starting today, a few thousand points of sale of large-scale distribution, wholesale and specialized retail, by displaying dedicated posters, are participating in this campaign aimed at consumers.

The goal is to draw their attention to the seasonality, territoriality and taste of quality lemons, highlighting above all the "healthy" aspects, with a high vitamin and antioxidant content, distinguished by a unique Mediterranean color and flavour. It is an initiative all-round, characterized by an extraordinary commitment of agricultural producers and their packaging structures, dedicated to a process of selection of lemons and attention to their quality.In fact, as for some other fruit species, the
