(ANSA) - ROME, 04 APR - The cut in oil production decided by the OpecPlus countries - Saudi Arabia in the lead - has caused oil prices to jump.
Brent returned to its early March level, recovering all the ground lost in the last month due to the banking crisis.
The prices of refined products also leapt.
And sharp rise also for the prices of fuel at the pump - a rise which on the national averages of the prices charged will be seen starting tomorrow.
According to the usual survey by Staffetta Quotidiana, this morning Eni increased the recommended prices of petrol by two cents per liter and those of diesel by one cent/litre.
These are the averages of the prices charged communicated by the managers to the Price Observatory of the Ministry of Economic Development and elaborated by the Staffetta, recorded at 8 am yesterday morning on about 18,000 plants: self-service petrol at 1.862 euros/litre (unchanged, companies 1.864, white pumps 1.858) , diesel at 1.770 euro/litre (-1 thousandth, companies 1.774, pompebianche 1.762).
Petrol served at 1.998 euro/litre (unchanged, companies 2.038, white pumps 1.919), diesel at 1.910 euro/litre (unchanged, companies 1.953, white pumps 1.824).
LPG served at 0.792 euro/litre (unchanged, companies 0.799, white pumps 0.783), methane served at 1.688 euro/kg (-2, companies 1.681, white pumps 1.694), LNG 1.618 euro/kg (-1, companies 1.634 euro/kg, white pumps 1.607 euro/kg).
These are the prices on the motorways: self-service petrol 1.931 euro/litre (served 2.193), diesel self-service 1.852 euro/litre (served 2.126), LPG 0.887 euro/litre, methane 1.748 euro/kg, LNG 1.587 euro/kg.
