Among all the holiday cooking, the impressive statement dishes, the investing hosts and the chefs who want to make an impression, we are actually drawn to the morning after, and to the "I really don't have the energy to be in the kitchen right now, and I really want something sweet that won't ruin the holiday" recipes.

And so, Michal Levi Alhalal arrived with a crepe that is both a bit of a pancake and completely kosher for Passover, and also answers all our wishes, the ones listed above.

Perfect, so we'll add just one tip - go for double, even triple the amount.

Ingredients

• • 3 eggs L

  • ¼ cup of milk

  • 125 grams of white cheese 5% or 9%

  • ¼ cup cornflour

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • A tablespoon of butter or oil spray

  • Maple or honey or silane

Preparation

How do you make a kosher dairy crepe for Passover?

• 1 Mix all the batter ingredients in a medium bowl with a whisk

• 2 Brush an 18-20 cm diameter pan with a little butter or oil, and heat it on a medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and tilt it so that it coats the bottom. Fry for about a minute or two until the batter dries out. Turn over and fry for another half a minute. Transfer to a plate

• 3 Oil the pan occasionally if it dries out.

  Keep the prepared crepes at room temperature.

  Roll up and serve with sauce
