How do you make a kosher dairy crepe for Passover?
1 Mix all the batter ingredients in a medium bowl with a whisk
2 Brush an 18-20 cm diameter pan with a little butter or oil, and heat it on a medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and tilt it so that it coats the bottom. Fry for about a minute or two until the batter dries out. Turn over and fry for another half a minute. Transfer to a plate
3 Oil the pan occasionally if it dries out.
Keep the prepared crepes at room temperature.
