Large amounts of
chicken pieces
were left on the asphalt this Thursday in an access to the city of
Santa Fe
.
It was after the overturn of a truck carrying 8 tons.
The residents of the area did not miss the opportunity and
took the load
in front of the eyes of the traffic agents.
But from the company they warned that the merchandise
was not suitable for consumption
, but was going to be used as a sanitary landfill.
The episode occurred after 4 o'clock on Circunvalación Oeste avenue, at the height of the Santa Rosa de Lima neighborhood.
For reasons that are the subject of investigation, a truck from the San Andrés company was driving from the south towards the Brigadier López highway, bound for Rosario, it lost control.
First, it hit the guardrail that divides the asphalt strip.
Then, she ended up flipping over to the opposite hand.
Product of the violent impact, about
500 boxes of chicken
were scattered on the road.
After the incident, the company - whose trade name is Sánchez y Sánchez - sent other trucks to remove part of the load that, they warned, was destined for the sanitary landfill, because the chickens could not be marketed due to the loss of

However, residents of the area and motorists passing through the avenue began to remove the load, an action that was allowed by the agents affected by the traffic control operation.
In this sense, traffic was restricted for a couple of hours due to the load scattered on the asphalt and the truck, which was overturned on its right side, without major damage.
The truck driver, meanwhile, was treated for injuries at the José María Cullen hospital, but his condition was not serious.
