Scrapping quater, the race for questions is underway

The countdown has begun for the submission of applications for the facilitated definition of folders.

The term expires on April 30, 2023

This was communicated by the Revenue-Collection Agency which advises taking action in advance to avoid "the slowdowns of the IT systems due to the high traffic of the last few days".

The quater scrapping concerns "debts entrusted for collection from 1 January 2000 to 30 June 2022".

It will be necessary to pay, "the residual debt without penalties, default interest, those registered in the register and the premium, the road fines will not pay interest, however denominated, and the premium.

It will be possible to pay the amount of the folders in a single solution or in a maximum of 18 installments over 5 years.

The installment plan is in fact chosen by the taxpayer who adheres to the agreement.

Once the application for the "Facilitated definition" has been submitted, the Revenue Agency-Collection will send by 30 June 2023 the communication with the outcome of the application, the amount of the sums due for the purposes of the definition and the payment forms based on the installment plan chosen at the time of joining.

The application - explains the Revenue-Collection Agency - can be submitted exclusively electronically on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it, using the appropriate service available both in the public area (without the need for a pin and password) and in the reserved area (for those who have Spid, Cie or Cns and, for tax intermediaries, Entratel).
