(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 12 - In February, the interest rates on loans disbursed to households for the purchase of homes, inclusive of ancillary costs (Taeg), rose above the 4% threshold.
This is what we read in the data published by the Bank of Italy according to which rates stood at 4.12% (3.95 in January).
The rate Il on new consumer credit disbursements stood at 9.88 per cent (9.79 in the previous month).
