(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 13 - The government is asking Parliament for authorization "to resort to debt, including interest expense resulting from the higher authorized deficit, which amount to 3.4 billion euros in 2023 and 4.5 billion in 2024 ".
This can be read in the Report to Parliament on the Def which sets the new deficit targets.
"The resources that become available - it is specified - will be used with a regulatory provision soon to be adopted to support the disposable income and purchasing power of employees in 2023, and will be allocated, in 2024, to measures to reduce the tax burden".
