This was stated by the president of the Consulta Silvana Sciarra, speaking of the rights of children of gay couples, in the press conference that began after the extraordinary hearing.

This is the warning addressed to the legislator by the president of the Constitutional Court in her report at the extraordinary hearing, in the presence of the head of state.
The Constitutional Court is "attentive to the major issues of the present, including the fight against climate emergencies"
underlines Sciarra, recalling in particular the sentence with which in "reaffirming the principle of maximum diffusion of renewable energies" it was highlighted that the regime of authorizations constitutes "an essential point of balance" between two fundamental interests: the strengthening of renewable sources and the protection of the territory.
"I have in mind many decisions in which intervening on the methods of execution of the sentence demonstrates that there is no plan to weaken the fight against organized crime, but there is also the point of view of rights that belongs to this Court. The the word dignity should never be forgotten in these contexts" Sciarra also said in response to questions from journalists.
