In the afternoon, the comedian was
accused
of "use of a weapon in the context of gender violence and illegitimate possession of weapons for civilian use."
Police personnel working for the Gender Violence Fiscal Unit found
seven weapons
in the house : an iron machete 40 centimeters long, an ax with an iron blade, two shotguns, two rifles and a compressed gas pistol.

The prosecutor verified that two of the weapons seized in the house were fit to be fired,
none had been registered and Garay had not processed legal possession either

Along with the message, the humorist left a phrase that is attributed to the Catalan plastic artist Salvador Dalí.

forced her to participate in sexual parties

have sexual relations against her will
