(ANSA) - BARI, APRIL 24 - The ordinary shareholders' meeting of Banca Popolare di Bari (MediocreditoCentrale Group) has approved the 2022 financial statements and the carry forward of the loss for the year, equal to 45,339,609 euros, with the favorable vote of 99.999% of the share capital involved.
The loss in 2021 had been 170 million.
The Shareholders' Meeting - reports a note - also approved the remuneration and incentive policies for the 2023 financial year with the same majority and acknowledged the information on the implementation of the policies for the 2022 financial year.
Finally, the Shareholders' Meeting resolved to postpone the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors to a subsequent meeting to be called by the Board of Directors and therefore decided on the "prorogatio medio tempore of the members of the Bodies currently in office until acceptance of the assignment by of the newly appointed members".
