Evelyn Miller was diagnosed with dysplasia in 2011 after a gynecologist noticed a physical irregularity during an examination at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide, Australia.

When Miller tried to have sex for the first time at age 17, her partner's penis "just kept hitting the wall," she said.
Only two years later, the doctors diagnosed her with an "extreme" condition of a didelphy uterus: extreme because while all of the diagnosed women have a double uterus, only some of them also have two cervixes and two vaginas.
Miller has two vaginas, each connected to a cervix, as well as two uteruses and two sets of ovaries.
Most women do not know they have the condition because it does not always cause symptoms.
"I avoided sex for so long after my first time," she explained in an interview with Southwest News Service, "Men didn't know what they were doing and they ended up just pushing their penis against my urethra."

"I felt so much anxiety around sex," she added, "I only lived with my dad at the time, so I didn't have anyone I could go to and ask privately. Google was out of the question. I lived on a remote farm and we only had a landline, so I couldn't Just look up my symptoms online."
These symptoms may include pain during intercourse, painful menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding, frequent miscarriages and premature birth.
Doctors still do not know how to determine why the shock occurs.
It is usually picked up during a routine pelvic exam, with subsequent scans confirming the diagnosis.
Surgery may be recommended if the condition causes severe symptoms.
A dilated uterus can cause infertility in some women: it increases the risk of miscarriage since the uterus is smaller and may limit the growth of the fetus.

After her diagnosis in 2011, Miller slowly began to accept her condition and later met her future husband, Tom.
She says she didn't publicly share that she had a didelphi uterus until she opened her OnlyFans account in 2018 with the support of her partner.
"OnlyFans has helped me finally embrace my condition," she said, "Creating content and getting people to be intricately fascinated by my condition is really great."
"I've always been curious about sex and sometimes other men were involved," Miller said, "It doesn't feel like cheating. I have one vagina for work and one for pleasure."
The content creator now earns $15,000 a week through the subscription site - and said the crazy venture "seriously paid off."
She shares erotic videos of herself alone, with her partner - and with other men.
"People are really curious," she explained, "they like the fact that I have two vaginas."

Miller says their success peaked while she was pregnant, with OnlyFans also allowing her to "raise awareness" of her condition.
"I receive so many messages from women who suffered from this condition," she said, "some of them are completely unable to have children and it breaks my heart."
Despite the risk of pregnancy and delivery, Miller now has two healthy children.
She initially feared her condition would leave her infertile, but she conceived in one of her wombs in October 2020 - and then again in November 2021. She now has a son, Andrew, who is 20 months old, and a daughter, Georgia, who is eight months old.
"There was always a risk that I could be pregnant with two babies at the same time," explained the mother of two, "When I was pregnant with one, we still had to use a condom if we wanted to have sex in the other vagina. There were also complications after I gave birth," explained Miller.
