(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 27 - Six years have passed and it seems like yesterday, yet everything has changed and now The Best Years is back and everything will be different.
Obviously at the helm of the historic program created by the Prime Time Rai Entertainment management in collaboration with Endemol Shine Italy, there is always him, Carlo Conti.
From Friday 28 April on Rai1 from 21.25, and for 6 episodes, the program will be broadcast live from the Fabrizio Frizzi studios in Rome.
"It is a program that must necessarily take breaks - explains Carlo Conti in an interview with ANSA - because there is a risk of being repetitive. Then with the pandemic it could not be done without an audience, without an orchestra. It made no sense".
What will be new?
"Now there is a different public involvement, this time has led to having to update the TV,
everything goes faster than you can imagine.

There will be no more decades, nor the race.
"We talk about everything, from the 60s to today. In the first episode there are the Pooh. These days on social networks we have indicated ten of their songs to choose from. The public votes for them first and then they sing those choices in the episode. It will be like this every time. Then there will obviously be other guests, such as Alessandro Siani with his playlist, and other artists who maybe will sing two or three pieces or even just one".

"With Flora Canto - adds Conti - we will interact with viewers who in real time will be able to tell us a memory of theirs, or send a photo".
Each time there will be two comedians - in the first episode Sergio Friscia and Antonio Giuliani - "who will alternate in the role of commentators on the changing times".
But Carlo Conti doesn't stop there: "Mine will be an intense May. The best years are six episodes, four on Fridays and the last two on Saturdays on the 20th and 27th, two specials on summer with historic catchphrases.
