The Federal Court of Appeal, heard this morning by video conference Alfredo Trentalange, accepted the appeal presented by the former president of The Hague and also canceled the three-month inhibition that the federal court had imposed on Trentalange for the Rosario D'Onofrio case, the former chief prosecutor of The Hague arrested for international drug trafficking.
The former number one referee was defended by the lawyers Avilio Presutti and Paolo Gallinelli.
