The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella this year will celebrate Labor Day outside the Quirinale palace and more precisely in Reggio Emilia.
And he will do it on Saturday 29 April by visiting an Italian excellence, the mechatronics district.
The head of state, who will be accompanied by the minister of labour, Marina Calderone, will give a speech on the value of work, on its dignity especially for young people and on safety.
At 11 the president of the Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini and the local authorities will welcome Mattarella to the headquarters of the Landi Renzo company, after which the president will move to the Walvoil - Interpump Group plant.
On May 2, Mattarella will then be in Cesena, for a visit to another production district, this time agricultural.
