Stock exchange: sluggish Europe awaits ECB decision, Milan loses -0.6%

European markets down slightly awaiting the ECB's mid-day decisions on rates. Moscow holds, gas drops to 36 euros. The spread slightly increased (ANSA)


Stock markets of the Old Continent all down slightly awaiting the mid-day decisions of the ECB on rates and the subsequent press conference of President Lagarde: the Ftse Mib index of Milan drops 0.6%, followed by Madrid which drops half a point percentage and from the London and Paris Stock Exchanges (-0.4%).
