(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 04 - On the occasion of the 'World Slowness Day' (May 8), the "Obiettivo +5Minuti" campaign is underway to support the value of breakfast in Italy and to reaffirm the importance of dedicating the right time to the first meal in the morning.

The initiative is by "Io Comincio Bene" of the Unione Italiana Food (an association in Italy for direct representation of food product categories) in the light of the eating behavior that "three out of four Italians often have an incorrect, fast and non-stop breakfast" and based on data from the Doxa-Unionfood Observatory which reveal that the time dedicated to breakfast is, on average, 10 minutes, a space of time that "experts argue is not enough".

In particular, it is recommended that"
