“
Love you Charlie
”, launched a fan of the sovereign, visibly (very) enthusiastic.
On the eve of the coronation, King Charles III indeed offered a surprise appearance alongside Prince William and Kate Middleton near Buckingham Palace, this Friday, May 5.
The trio stopped on the Mall Road, which connects the Royal Palace to Trafalgar Square, to meet some members of the public.
The latter had already gathered behind the barriers, in the hope of seeing the sovereign on the occasion of these festivities.
Kate Middleton, radiant in a white dress, the Prince of Wales, and the monarch, hilarious, shook hands with many fans in attendance, exchanged with them and posed for a few selfies.
And this, to the delight of spectators with hats and flags in the colors of England.
