A delicious pasta casserole with minced meat and tomato sauce is a simple and quick recipe for the whole family.

With this simple and quick recipe, you'll be making a delicious pasta casserole in no time that everyone is guaranteed to enjoy.
That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients for the delicious pasta mince gratin:
300 g pasta (e.g. fusilli, penne farfalle)
2 tbsp cooking oil
100 g onions, diced
500 g minced beef
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
400 g tomato passata (canned)
400 g diced tomatoes (from the can)
150ml milk
100 ml cream
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp instant broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
200 g grated cheese
parsley, to taste
The preparation is quick and easy:
Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
Shorten the cooking time so that the pasta is still very
al dente
and does not become too soft later when baking.
Heat cooking oil in a pan.
Fry the onions with the minced beef until crumbly.
Add the tomato paste and sauté for about a minute.
Deglaze with the tomato passata, chopped tomatoes, milk and cream.
Add instant broth, salt and pepper and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place cooked noodles in a casserole dish.
Pour the meat sauce over it and sprinkle evenly with the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until the pasta is cooked.
