What began as a quiet conversation then ended in insults and questionable, even almost punishable comparisons. The spectators almost all agree and see a clear winner in the clash of opposites.

After her statements, Rühl accuses the militant vegan of tunnel thinking, saying that she does not see "what is happening left and right" and is completely out of touch with reality.

The giant Rühl wants to be an absolute animal lover, advocates species-appropriate husbandry and promotes conscious nutrition. But then he provokes with such statements as that he would also eat a dog. The quote is somewhat taken out of context, because this is about a fictitious absolute emergency – not about protein intake for pumping.

But the militant vegan plays the provocative game of career paths and thinks that the meat industry is the greatest mass extermination of all, that she can slaughter Leeroy like a pig, that children should go to slaughterhouses and draws comparisons with the Holocaust of the Nazi era. This is really thin ice, because since 2004 such comparisons between meat consumption and the Holocaust have been prohibited by the courts. Militant vegan insults Markus Rühl: "So I'm a Nazi and stupid?"

The discussion fails: Rühl, who shoveled a dozen eggs, several portions of chicken and more into himself in the old days of top athletes, triggers memories of animal cries and blood streams in the militant vegan. Tradition and taste are "stupid arguments" for her. Rühl recapitulates that he is a "Nazi and stupid" when he eats meat and feels quite insulted. This marks the turning point in the conversation, which was quite quiet for a good 30 minutes.
