The whole thing is based on the show Ninja Worrior Germany – Sabellek took part in the first season in Germany in 2016 and has been a regular since then. However, none of this went smoothly, the projects cost energy and serious knee injuries also set her back, but she fought her way back. By the way: Age doesn't have to play a role either – a new start is also possible at 50 plus.
