2023-05-09T11:57:01.838Z

Highlights: A 16-year-old girl has to deal with the disappearance of her father. A gripping film by Christine Dory, comparable to Chabrol among the proletarians. Marga is not a social case. She does not roll on gold but, by marrying a second-hand dealer, she has not satisfied her dreams of ascension, material comfort and holidays in Ibiza. Emilie Dequenne plays the girl's mother in the film, which is set in the Spanish countryside.

The first lie in a long series. It allows Marga to save time, to send her daughter back to her host family without her having had time to visit her father, Albino Rodrigue. Samir Guesmi and Romane Bohringer are this couple of adoptive parents, warm and caring.
