Staffordshire bull terrier Maverick has chosen a special place to bathe: the birdbath. TikTok users are wondering how he got in there.
Dogs can wreak a lot of havoc. Eating shoes, cannibalizing sofa cushions or plundering the breakfast table: these are just a few of the unpleasant surprises that many owners are familiar with. Staffordshire bull terrier Maverick also has a mind of his own – and curious ideas about what he could do next. This regularly drives Australian TikToker Madeline Ginn (@madelineginn) to despair. Although she is already used to a lot from her four-legged friend, she is amazed at her dog's new bathing place.

At the age of twelve weeks, Madeline Ginn adopted her Staffordshire bull terrier Maverick. The owner told Newsweek that he has since destroyed three outdoor facilities, countless tennis balls, a wooden doghouse, expensive exterior blinds and even a wheelbarrow handle. "He's hyperactive, mischievous and very stubborn," says the Australian, describing Maverick's characteristics. However, Maverick seems to be particularly fond of the birdbath in her parents' garden. Another dog, on the other hand, beautifies a woman's entire home with color.

If you think you didn't hear correctly, all you have to do is watch the TikTok video of the cheeky four-legged friend. Ginn catches her dog red-handed splashing around in the pool of water that is actually intended for the birds. She quickly records the whole thing with the camera. At first, Maverick doesn't even notice that his owner is watching him. Until the dog suddenly looks in her direction and pauses for a few seconds – and finally flees from the garden in a flash.
