Eurovision, which will take place tomorrow in Liverpool, takes me back to the last time Eurovision was held in England. I will never forget the moments before that competition. After all the rehearsals, the media noise and the national anticipation, I found myself alone in a hotel room on a Friday night.
In those quiet moments, I looked out the window at the grey skies of Birmingham and asked whoever was up there: "Of all the mothers of the singers in the competition, my mother deserves everything." And really, of all the mothers, Shelly was the winning mother.

After I've squandered my request, now it's your turn to be rewarded for your diligence, perseverance, talent and unbelievable maturity. Eurovision reaches many dozens of countries, so tomorrow hundreds of millions of people will meet you for the first time, and I'm sure it will be love at first sight, because you can't not.

The magic, the beauty and also the dance
The dos fois will come, and many homes around the world will admire you, your talent and beauty. That's ultimately what matters: grace, talent, magic, beauty, and dance. When you take the stage in Liverpool, six months of hard work will be drained into three minutes in which you will represent for us all that is beautiful in the State of Israel.
