The ruling considered that there was insufficient evidence about the sexual abuse of 2009 and ruled that "the version of the victim, however, was not consistent in terms of carnal relations, since for more than nine years this fact was omitted in the few complaints she made to people she trusted."
Burlando highlighted the role of Argentine actresses, the feminist collective that supported the dissemination of the case: "They did a lot of good to society, by generating a social transformation, although with some mistakes like this one they committed with Darthés."

The complaint
Fardin had denounced Darthés at the end of 2018, at a press conference at the Multiteatro with the group Actrices Argentinas.
